Training Department:

• Simplify the Instructions and prepare Instruction Manual for the Operators to understand them easily.
• Take Class on the Instructions for the Operators to explain about the project and Subject.
• Do Pre-Analysis on the Material sent for conversion. Look for any mismatch with respect to the Instructions provided by the Client.
• Send Clarifications if any discrepancies arises with the material to be converted and instructions.
• Analyze the received answers from the Client and look for automation. Take Classes if necessary based upon the answers received.
• Look for the daily Internal Quality Report and identify the need for training to the team or a member and refresh him for the project of specific occurrences. In case look for those areas rejected by the Quality Team can be atomized.
• Maintain database for the Projects handled.
• Analyze the customer feedback and reply to the customer

Production Department:

• Currently we have 30 Data Processing Professionals and Two Team Leaders.
• For two teams there is a Shift coordinator.
• For Shift Coordinators there is a one Production Coordinator.
• Producing the data as per the top Management requirements.
• Increasing the productivity through introspection every day.
• Produced data will be sent to Quality Department for quality check.
  

Quality Department:

• Sampling the produced data based on the customer requirements and specifications.
  
• Send a Quality reports Feedback to the Production & Training Department.
• Maintains the Quality statistics records of each operator.
• Ensuring the quality of the Shipment data.
